The Haileybury Society is delighted to announce a special tour of Haileybury and its grounds on Wednesday 25th September at 2pm.

OHs are warmly invited to this special - free - tour. We are very fortunate to have as our guide Mr Toby Parker, the College Archivist. The Tour will start from the Haileybury Reception (adjacent to the Porter’s Lodge) at 2 pm and is open to all Society members together with their spouse/partner.

Haileybury has wonderful buildings and surroundings, which are easy to take for granted during the course of a school career. However, they did not come together by accident. With Kate Harwood, Toby Parker has edited a book ‘Structure and Landscape, William Wilkins and Humphrey Repton at Haileybury 1806-1810’ published by the Hertfordshire Garden Trust. Copies will be available to purchase on the day.

Free tickets - book your place before 16th September!

Although free event, only those holding a ticket will be admitted; this is to help us plan numbers and organise the day effectively. To obtain your free ticket(s), please click here

Places are limited. The closing date is Monday 16 September or when the tour is full, whichever is sooner.

Please note: For those wishing to do so, there will also be an opportunity to meet up for a (self-financed) lunch beforehand at The Silver Fox in Hertford Heath (16-18 London Road, SG13 7RH) from 12 noon.
